Aquatic Classes

  • Deep Water Aerobics
    The class is designed to tone and raise the heart rate. This class is held in deep water with no impact, using hand bells and noodles. Great class for cross training. Class is held Monday – Friday 7:30-8:30 am. 

    Shallow Water Aerobics
    This class is designed to focus on cardio health, stretching, and toning. This class is held in the shallow water and includes low-impact aerobic exercise. Class also uses hand bells, noodles, kick boards, and water fans. Classes are held Monday – Friday 8:30-9:30 am.

    Bend & Flex Class
    The class is designed to enhance range of motion. We are a full access facility. You will enjoy this class for non-impact walking and simple exercises with the support of the water. Class is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:30-10:30 am. 

    Adult Lap Swim
    Get in shape by swimming laps or loosen up muscles and joints by water walking. We offer various times throughout the day 7 days a week. Please access the pool schedule for times by clicking the quick link at the top of the page.

    Float Yoga - NEW!
    This class is designed to practice yoga on a floating board, called a Glide Fit. This yoga practice will connect your mind, body, and breath as well as strengthen your core and improve balance. A swim suit is not required for this class. Fitted shorts, pants, tops, or any yoga gear are acceptable. You will need to get in the water to get to the glide fit.     Aqua Yoga - NEW!
    Experience the bliss of Aqua Yoga - a complete yoga practice in water. Through poses, breathing, meditation, and relaxation, Aqua Yoga empowers you to develop strength and balance and reduce pain, while increasing your range of motion with minimal impact on joints. This practice warmly welcomes all, regardless of prior yoga experience.
