Please note that I will try to update this website at least once a week, but I will occasionally not have time to do so. Please be patient with me if this occurs. Any assignment changes for the week should, however, be noted in students' assignment books. Math
Grading Policy:
Homework is worth 50%, Quizzes are worth 25%, and Tests are worth 25% of your total grade.
Work will be counted late if it is not turned in at the beginning of class the day it is due. Late work may be accepted for half-credit until the end of the marking period.
Students are usually given the opportunity to retake a math test if they wish to do so, but if this opportunity is given, they must take it within one week of the day they get their tests back. I highly encourage students to make use of this opportunity if they struggled with the chapter.
Language Arts
Grading Policy: Everything will be given a point value. Your final grade will be based on the number of points that you receive out of the total points for the marking period.
Work will be counted late if it is not turned in at the beginning of class the day it is due. Late work may be accepted for half-credit until the end of the marking period.
Note: All papers should be typed in Times New Roman Font size 12 (not in bold) or handwritten very neatly. Papers not following these rules will be handed back to be rewritten and will be counted as late.
