Things you can do with your child at home:

• Visist your local library weekly.
• Make sure your child reads to you EVERYDAY!
• Play with your child outside...make sure he or she doesn't get too comfortable in front of the television, computer or PlayStation this summer.
• Have your child write everyday...keep a kindergarten journal.  It makes for a great keepsake!  :)
• Plan play dates with neighbors and/or fellow classmates.

 Special Note:  Make sure to give "one million and one" hugs and kisses to your child 

                         EVERYDAY...and in the words of Billy Dean "Let them be little"!

Remember: Have your child check their backpack each night for important notes and or reading homework! :)
