Language Arts Class

It's springtime! Your child should still be bringing home a blue folder on most Mondays,Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  The folder will contain a weekly agenda, spelling list, and their daily homework. They will take their spelling and reading tests on Friday.

Writing Class

In writing class, we are learning about sentence structure.  We are also learning about what makes a good paragraph.  Students also keep a journal and write in it at least 2-3 times a week.

Math

We are working on Unit 9 in 4th grade math.  In second grade math we are in Unit 9. Also, we are continuing our work with addition and subtraction as well as multiplication facts(multiplication for 4th graders). Please work on these math facts with your child every night!
