Welcome to Mrs. Harding's English Class!

I want to share my excitement and enthusiasm with you, and I hope that you can catch the ENGLISH SPIRIT and become a motivated learner and life long reader.

My classes:

English 9 -  The Novel Assignment (for second semester) is due April 23, 2012.    English 9 Book Report

• A three subject notebook will be needed for this class. The notebook must be for English only.

English 10 - You will need a notebook (for warm-ups) that is for English only and that can be turned in once a marking period.

The first semester of English 10 will focus on writing.  At least four different compositions will be required in addition to journals, vocabulary, reading and research.  A research paper is required.  The second semester of English 10 will focus on public speaking.  In addition, students will be exposed to various forms of literature each semester.

I do not accept late work! Be prepared!
