Brief overveiw of qualifications

B.S. 2001 Western Michigan University: Major-General Industrial Arts, Minors- Mathematics (non-teaching) and Chemistry (teaching) G.P.A. 3.48

Current Industrial Technology Instructor at F.C. Reed Middle School (10th year) and at Bridgman High School.

Recent projects winning recogonition as 1st places in the MITES state competition:

• 2011 Group foundry project: pattern, rough casting and finished casting

• 2010 Solar Powered Vehicle, also received the distinguished award for Creativity in Design (one is awarded annually at the MITES competition) from the American Society of Body Engineers.

• 2009 FINCH Rowing and sailing boat

Krasl Art Center Instructor for boat building, woodworking and turning classes.

Certification: K-12 IX (Industrial Technology) & 7-12 DC (Chemistry)
