Dell	Use this site for any issues you may be having with your Optiplex.  Once on the Dell website look to the right corner for the Search entry box.  Type in your problem and to the right change the tab from Products to Technical Support.
Epson Printer	All work stations are equipped with an Epson Stylus C62 printer.  Follow the link to Epson support that contains troublehooting guides, drivers, downloads, and manuals.
