Welcome to Mrs. Countess' web page!  I am a proud graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in English and Communications.  This is my 10th year at Bridgman High School, and I am always excited to be a part of the Bridgman faculty.  Along with teaching, I am also a director of school plays.  In the spring of 2009, I completed my "Master in the Art of Teaching" degree through Marygrove College.  I have been happily married for five years, and my husband and I have a daughter who is two and a half years old.  

I am passionate about the world of English.  Reading, writing, and speaking are all vital parts to my classes, and I hope that you will gain enjoyment out of English throughout your classes this year.  Carpe Diem!
