2. Latest 5th Grade Schedule Change

5th Grade Band

Please take note of the new 5th Grade Band Schedule.  The purpose of switching around the schedule is to give us full band Thursdays and Fridays, yet still allow each section within the band too meet three times per week.  This schedule will be in effect until the end of the year.

Monday:           Percussion

Tuesday:          Brass  (Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, French Horn)

Wednesday:     Woodwinds (Oboe, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone)

Thursday:        FULL BAND

Friday:              FULL BAND        

Please be encouraging your student to be practicing at home.  The more they practice, the more confident they play, the better they become!

Recent Updates!!

• The 5th grade band will meet for full band for the entire week of our concert.
• We will be performing the following numbers in our book at the concert:
  • #16, #17, #23, #27, #34, #37
  • Please help focus practice time on these to prepare for the concert.
