1. Minimum of 1098 hours of student instruction; 176.5 teacher days
2. Parent-Teacher conferences may be scheduled during the school year as approved
by the Administration
3. Teacher orientation and in-services shall be planned cooperatively by
the Administration and teaching staff
Note: The school district shall be entitled to reschedule any days/hours lost
in the event schools are closed for reasons beyond the control of the
school district which do not allow such days/hours to be counted as days/hours
of student instruction. The rescheduling of such days/hours shall
not entitle employees to additional compensation. Teachers will not be required
to report on days/hours when schools are closed. Any days/hours
which need to be made up will be added as an extension of the school year in
June.
