Lunch Account System

We operate a computerized "Prepay Debit" not a “Credit” system.

Students are to have funds in their account to purchase breakfast and lunch.

We understand hectic schedules. Sometimes kids forget the check you wrote or to tell you their account is low.

That is why signing up for automatic email reminders, and creating an on-line account is so helpful.

 

Forms of payment accepted

Payment can be made on-line, by check or with cash.

Cash can be lost or stolen so if paying with cash, it must be in an envelope with the child’s name, grade and amount of deposit.

NFS Checks

If we have received more than 2 NSF check in one school year per family,

you will be required to send in cash or pay on-line with a credit card for the rest of the school year.

Your child's account will also be charged the fee that we incur from your bank.

 

We will never deny a child breakfast or lunch due to lack of funds.

They are always allowed Breakfast and to go through the "Hot Lunch Line",

where there are two, to three choices, everyday.

We do not allow charging the Ala Carte line.

That is where some confusion has been.

If a student is out of money they are directed to the Hot Lunch line, where

there are 2 to three choices everyday.
